I received the wrong item in my order. How do I get the item I ordered?

We’re terribly sorry for the mix-up and any inconvenience! Please reach out via email at support@dudesweetthreads.com so we can correct it first thing! We’ll ship you the correct item ASAP!

I received my order, but an item is missing. What do I do?

We apologize for the omission and inconvenience! Please reach out via email at support@dudesweetthreads.com and we’ll send the item your way ASAP!

Who designs your shirts?

All of our shirts are designed in-house, but if you’re an artist and interested in collaborating, please email us at thedudes@dudesweetthreads.com!

While our response times may vary based on volume, you can count on hearing back within one business day!

When will my order ship?

**Please allow 2-3 weeks for order fulfillment for the time being. Due to COVID-19 we are currently working with a limited team for safety. We sincerely appreciate your patience!**

My package was stolen—what do I do?

Dude, that is NOT sweet!! With your order number handy, please reach out to us via email at support@dudesweetthreads.com  and we’ll get to the bottom of what happened with your package.

While currently we are unable to refund items lost or stolen in transit, we will make every available attempt to get you what you ordered, including resending your order!

My package is marked delivered, but I haven’t received anything. What should I do?

With your order number handy, please reach out to us via email at support@dudesweetthreads.com, and we'll open a case and get to the bottom of where your package could be.

How do I return an item?

We’re sad to hear your purchase didn’t work out. The good news is you can return any item for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date or receive store credit for a returned item up to 90 days after the original purchase date. I just ordered my shirts! How long will it take to get them?

Typically our orders are out the door and in the mail within 3-5 business days, however because of the COVID situations please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your support and understanding!

How long does a refund or exchange take to process?

Returns and exchanges typically take 5-7 business days to process. In rare circumstances, it can take longer. Reach out to us via email at support@dudesweetthreads.com.

How long does it take for a refund to return to my card?

Refunds will typically appear on your statement 3-5 business days after the refund is initiated. Please reach out to us via email at support@dudesweetthreads.com.

 

Store credit is issued immediately after processing the return and will be emailed directly to you.

 

The total price of your refund or store credit may vary from the listed price of the item based on any discounts or taxes applied to the original order.

In what form is my refund issued?

DudeSweet Threads provides full refunds up to 30 days after the original purchase date. Currently, we can only issue refunds in the form of the original payment. For all credit card purchases, the original card of purchase will be refunded unless store credit is requested.
